What is Acrylic Flooring, what are its features?

Aesthetic, decorative, hygienic, non-slip, non-slip, resistant to weather conditions and temperature differences, heavy pedestrian traffic and chemicals, road and floor covering material that can be used in indoor and outdoor areas specially designed for small or large areas with various resin and synthetic fillers depending on the purpose of use. Modified with water-based acrylic resin and various synthetics, specially designed for sports fields, aesthetic and economical floor coverings. It is preferably applied on asphalt or concrete with special primer in various colours. What are the advantages of acrylic floor coatings? It is based on inorganic pigment with long life and fade resistance.It is a coating with very high colour and gloss resistance, alkali and oxidation resistance, hardness, adhesion and bonding strength and film life properties. 1- PRIMER Acrylic Primer for Tennis Court Floors

Product Description: Primer is a transparent, one-component acrylic polymer.

Purpose of Use: A layer of primer is applied to the floor with the help of rolls. Primer is the layer that ensures that the floor and floor covering material are firmly bonded to each other.

2- RESURFACER Acrylic Resurfacer for Tennis Court Floors

Product Description: Resurfacer is a single component acrylic polymer with concentrated 100% acrylic latex binder, mixed with silica sand and applied on asphalt floors.

Purpose of Use: Resurfacer is used to increase the bonding degree of the concrete or asphalt floor and cushion system to which the tennis court system will be applied and to fill the pores on the surface.

3-CUSHION LAYER

Product Description: Cushion is a non-pigmented tennis court substrate containing special granulimetric rubber and high performance latex binder.

Purpose of Use: Cushion is optionally applied as 1-3 coats over Resurfacer. Thus, special rubber particles form a homogenous thickness of 1- 3 mm thick compressed. It gives elasticity to the floor.

4-COLOUR LAYER Silica Sand Filled Acrylic Tennis Court Paint

Product Description: Silica sand filled 100% acrylic latex binder, special colours can be produced upon request.

Usages: Formulated with a specific textured structure to control the speed of play. Its application with a rubber pull-wipe apparatus ensures homogeneous distribution of silica sand to the smallest points of the ground, creating a very smooth, hard and high tear-resistant coating.

Colour alternatives are tile red, dark green, light green.

Usage quantity: 0,850 kg/m2, (for 2 coats)

5-LINE PAINT Acrylic Marking Paint for Playground Lines

Product Description: It is a high quality line paint with 100% acrylic latex binder with/without silica sand filling and special colours can be produced upon request.

Places of Use: It is used to determine the necessary lines and lines in playgrounds.
